5 Books for Anxious Campers
As a kid I hated summer camp. I went for one week to sleep away camp and wrote postcards home to my family every day begging to be picked up. The desperate postcards of course arrived all at once after I was already back home. But perhaps if I had read some books about camp before going it might have been a different experience. Maybe I would have been one of those kids who LOVES camp and goes back every year and has a whole set of “camp friends.” Probably not, but you never know!
