They must recover from\u003cbr\u003ewhatever pain, trial, and trauma they experienced throughout their\u003cbr\u003elifetime.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eSo, I came up with what I call THE L.I.O.N. Assessment. The LION\u003cbr\u003eASSESSMENT is like a SWOT Analysis but for Black men.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eSecond, black men must restore their relationships. Domestic violence,\u003cbr\u003edivorce, and gun violence play a role in damaging relationships. We must examine the impact and change the narrative.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eFinally, black men must be restored in their career, discover their\u003cbr\u003epurpose so they can monetize their gift, and learn to build a career\u003cbr\u003earound it.
