Where are its ressources, which obstacles is it currently facing? In order to answer these questions, fourteen focused interviews with experts in the field were conducted and analysed. In consideration of insights from gender research and social studies the results are classified from a practical-theological viewpoint. It shows that gender separate spaces are still an important resource for women within the church.
