{"product_id":"9786202466783","title":"Monitoring and Evaluation of Development Projects and Public Policies","description":"This study aims to highlight the practice of monitoring and evaluation within the National Project to Support the Development of Cereal and Legume Crops (PNADCC-LG) in order to propose perspectives and recommendations for improving the performance of this M\u0026amp;E system. To this end, the performance of the project's M\u0026amp;E system was assessed using two variables: the level of control over design factors related to monitoring and evaluation, and the consideration of project-related aspects of implementation. We used a quantitative approach for sampling and a qualitative approach for data collection and analysis. The results of the survey conducted on a sample of thirty-six (36) people from a sample frame of forty (40) people allowed us to confirm two hypotheses.
