The Forgotten Carols

Musical writer and composer Michael McLean's traveling live theater production is now presented as a film, shot on stage as McLean essays the role of Uncle John and Christy Summerhays essays the role of Lillian Chamberlain. Also directed by Summerhays, the film focuses on the life of Lillian, who works as a nurse and leads a typically lonely life. Uncle John is her new patient, and he tests her patience regarding his love of Christmas and retelling the nativity story from various points of view. Uncle John sings these stories to Lillian in the hopes of warming her heart about Christmas.
