In the classic struggle between short-term ego gratification and longer-term happiness, fulfillment, and success -- between getting our way and getting things done -- it's easy to lose sight of what’s most important.

Getting to Great Idea!, uses the device of Inferno, Purgatorio, and Paradiso from Dante’s Divine Comedy to tell the story of a young woman, Beatryce, "B," who extricates herself from the Hell of a Saturday marketing team meeting. She then enters the Purgatory of candid awareness of self and others as well as accountability. Finally she emerges into the Paradise of working with a team with the desire and ability to get to Great Idea!
