Emilie and Alice, two young adults living in the 18th century are confronted with a big problem. In a century ruled by men, they have been lucky enough to grow old free, unfortunately the shackles of society strike back. Because of an unexpected event, they are going to get married. In this off beat play you will see why and how they fight against a reality of life they can't accept, especially when they know they won't get to be with the one they truly love.
