Horses, Heartbreak And Falling In Love

Some find love and keep it a lifetime. The rest of us search our entire lives and maybe find it once. 

These poems are a hodgepodge of personal meanderings about the passions in my life - the good times, the bad times. Writings from over thirty years of adulthood and heartbreak as a horse girl, and random thoughts that inspired me in the moment to write them down, for whatever reason. Here's to all the girls that feel a little broken with sadness behind their smiles, and the horses that make us feel whole for at least a little while....
