The Secret of Aunios (Misfits & Magic, #2)

Book 2 in the Misfits & Magic series, The Secret of Aunios is a dark fantasy novel that follows the adventures of Llyr, Rose, Tris, Nemo, and Gabe. They're misfits with terrible people skills and piles of emotional baggage, but when the king asks for their help they find themselves fighting monsters, talking with gods, and traversing strange landscapes, all in pursuit of a legend. When the legend turns out to be more flesh and blood than myth, the fate of the kingdom may depend on how well these misfits can get along.
