And when, simultaneously with this one, a perfect darkness appears to you, born of nothing, pure, devouring light, expressive as nothingness, rippling as subconsciousness - know that this is Pure Mind - I Am. This mind of yours - luminous emptiness, devoid of substance, and a mind abiding in a state of jittery darkness - form a unity; darkness and emptiness abiding in a great sheaf of light, knowing neither birth nor death - this is the Light-Bearer. Recognising it is enough for your self-liberation. When you recognise the luminosity of your own mind as Lucifer, then looking into your mind will be a contemplation of Lucifer.
