The Doctor's Examined Cadet: Gay Erotic Medical Discipline Romance

The medical examiner conducts mandatory preparation sessions for every cadet. Desmond keeps returning because he needs the specialized posting to prove his worth.

Lachlan fastens soft restraints around Desmond's wrists and ankles. His thick forearms hold the cadet in place during the internal examination. The small birthmark high on Desmond's left hip remains visible throughout. The protocol allows the examiner to take his claim by the end of each session. The risk of discovery hangs over each examination. The intensity increases as the ceremony nears. Desmond's quiet insecurity drives him to accept the escalating demands.

Desmond could end the arrangement at any time without consequence. He never does.

Lachlan closes the auxiliary door and directs him to remove his trousers.
