Collective Thoughts of a Colored Man

In a world where men are taught to condense themselves, uniqueness is rarely celebrated. It'll be condemned long before then. Personally, I am not subscribing to such a narrative. Throughout my journey, I've learned that you must make the most out of what you're given - even if this society doesn't want you to possess it. May this work of vulnerability, openness, and defiance find someone who needs to feel it the most because this is beyond just getting an award and some screen time. I stand for the boys who felt unheard. I stand for the men who never felt comfortable being themselves. I represent a nation that is fed up with being bamboozled and exploited. So... will you take a stand with me?
