Modern-day Japan.
Daisuke is the last known heir of the Watanabe clan — a samurai living in a world where they are no longer needed.
Their honor must be restored.
Naoki is a young teenager on the way to reunite with his father — a boy left confused and aimless by the death of his careless mother.
He desperately desires purpose.
Daisuke seeks revenge in the name of his ancestors — Naoki is caught in the thick of it.
One lives according to old forgotten traditions — the other according to a lifestyle where those are no longer relevant.
They couldn't be any different...
... they have a lot to learn from each other.
