A Soldier's Therapeutic Reflections Second Edition

I served as a Combat Infantryman for my first eight years of service and for my last fourteen years I served as a Mental Health Specialist. During my last fourteen years I also served as a Crisis Intervention Counselor, serving active-duty soldiers and their families.
After retiring from the military and readjusting to civilian life, I realized the need for educating the community at large about mental health and wellness. My goal as a veteran is to cover issues such as coping with PTSD, stress and/or panic attacks. In addition, I will share my reflections.
