THE NEWEST HORROR BOOK BY NARCISSISA NETAL
TRIGGER WARNING, FOR MATURE AUDIENCES
FULLY ILLUSTRATED, AND AN ABSTRACT, DIFFERENT EXPEIRENCE
SPLIT INTO TWO SIDES
Organ Side; Have you ever wanted to wear someone's skin? do you believe you would be more beautiful. That in the end,
someone will think of you as different?
Jessica did. Jessica foolishly did. A rat that thought of herself as more beautiful then everyone else. but she
was the ugliest thing in her life. And another persons skin would show her that.
A very beautiful persons skin would show her that
Entry side; independently isolated, Signe loton was a self contained, self observed phenomonen like no other. no one else would ever be like her. she was different. and she despised everyone else. they would never be like her... right?
Graimme seemed to prove her false. even challenging her, who would challenge Signe?! the all mighty Signe Loton. the warrior of the Compton PD.
The only one that did work. To her own detriment
EVERY BOOK HAS A SOUNDTRACK WITH IT, AVAILABLE ON STREAMING SERVICES AND BANDCAMP
ELASTIC STAGE (CDS AND VINYLS) AND BANDCAMP UNDER "Narcissia Netal"
ANDI GALUPA ON STREAMING PLATFORMS/YOUTUBE
EVERY BOOK HAS A LESSON, THEME OR CRITIQUE;
This book is about Beauty and Ugliness. A rather abstract look at it, serving to the point that it is utterly meaningless, and that what we hold ourselves to is merely a detrimental need for ego and pride. Both in Mentality and Autonomy.
For Jessica Shik, she wants to be beautiful but can't even see herself in the mirror, or understand what she really is. She wants to believe she's a cat among rats but such idea is a fallacy. None of us are ugly or beautiful.
For Signe Loton, she holds everything inside and criticizes everyone else, without realizing she has the ugly tendencies she blames everyone else for having unfortunately. A rather hypocritical stance.
INCLUDES;
Play Script Section
Poetry
Illustration
Three Part Foreword
and Two Short Story Sections
OPENING PARAGRAPH;
ORGAN
I am ugly. My body is disgusting, I look at it and feel trapped inside a vicarious vessel. Sometimes, I think about taking a knife, a sizable one, and slowly butchering my flesh, until the chunks of skin and muscle drop to the floor, and all I'm left with is a skeleton that could not be judged. Such a graphic feeling boils in my bones.
ENTRY
Often, early mornings reminded me of why crime existed in the city. People driving like their brains were melted by the sun's reflection, that just so happened to scorch the pavement on the ground. And the lines outside coffee shops just so they can order a disgusting blend of creamer, coffee and whatever the hell else the industry convinces them has the slightest possibility of tasting good.
