Voyage of the Maiden (The Covington Witch Chronicles, #1)

In 1685, a merchant ship departed France for America with 240 sailors on board. Unknown to them, an evil witch stowed away.

There was only one survivor. This is his story.

Atticus Montgomery is a shadow of what he once was - a man with a loving family and a bright future. Fleeing religious persecution and certain death in France, he gives up a promising life as a scholar to follow his grief and give in to his vices. The torn man ends up as a lowly crewman on a ship bound for the American colonies. But when she steps onboard, any life Atticus thought he controlled is over.

"I feel only that I am a monster, and that you are the only creature on God's Earth who finds my monstrous nature beautiful."

Gothic horror on the high seas. Dark, bloody, and unforgettable.

A standalone 100-page novella featuring characters from The Haunting Trilogy - and the first book in the offshoot Covington Witch Chronicles. The sequel HERETIC is coming in October.
