Beyond The Epilogue

In the near future, a devastating period of unrest is destroying the cities. To escape this chaos, a small group leaves and hides in the mountains. After years of living in caves and underground bunkers, one man decides that he must go back into the city and find out what has happened. He enters the city only to find a world that he is not prepared for. The government has passed a law requiring everyone to have a Bio Computer Chip implanted in them on their first birthday and the government is using this to control the people. Without a Bio Computer Chip implant will he be able to survive in this government controlled environment? Or... will he be discovered and have one of these bio chips implanted in him?
