To assess the portfolio of IT systems, we reviewed agency documentation identifying key systems, including FDA's plans for modernizing its IT infrastructure and administrative processes, a list of systems that the agency identified as mission critical, and the agency's Office of Management and Budget (OMB) exhibit 300s4 and exhibit 53s.
