Under the Radar

In Under the Radar, NYPD Detective Peter O'Donnell thinks he's washed up after a disastrous drug bust in Mexico. He moves upstate to write parking tickets in a quiet college town, but it's not long before all hell breaks loose. He uncovers a diabolical plot after a chemistry technician is murdered on campus, and the killer seems to be a post-grad terrorist. In the meantime, with a new love interest on his mind, an old nemesis turns up who wants the former NYC detective dead. O'Donnell soon realizes time is quickly running out. Another, even more deadly twist looms-and he's the only one who can stave off an impending catastrophe of enormous proportions.
