The Waiting Room

Willow Creek Retirement Community, located on Maryland's spectacular eastern shore, is similar to many other senior facilities across the United States. Well...almost. Other senior facilities can't claim the animated Lily Webster as a resident. Lily has a heart of gold, but if crossed, is a worthy opponent, as she is no stranger to the fine art of revenge. "The Waiting Room" opens to find Lily face to face with Jane Windsor, a close childhood friend...that is, until high school graduation, when she ran off with Lily's beau. As the story unfolds, the newly hired property manager, Maggie Conway. enters the scene and finds herself immediately thrown into the senior whirl. After a summer marked with tears, laughter, romance, a mysterious disappearance and many other zany experiences, Maggie is transformed into a stronger and more confident version of herself.
