5- 25 points depending on difficulty

Define - 0 points
(but if it's missing you get 60 unless the rest of your essay is 105%)

Apply elements 5 - 25 points

Conclude - 0 points
(But if it's not there your grader may dislike your style.)

Defenses 5 - 25 points

Damages (Expectation, Reliance, Consequential)
Writing on Expectation damages is mandatory even if no facts or even if not successfully proved.)
5 -25 points

This means that if you pick the right issues, do proper IRAC, have defenses and damages - it's harder to fail.
