Developing A Centralized Internship Program at Liberal Arts University

Dr. Hester Young submitted this applied research dissertation to the Fischler School of Education and Human Services, Nova Southeastern University in Fulfillment of the Requirements for the Degree of Doctor of Education in 2009. Although the evaluation and research was conducted at a liberal arts four-year university, the contents and evaluation will provide resources for the development of your internship program. It is also our hope that businesses will be able to glean the structure and process of undergraduate internship program development. The abstract is presented to give you an overall perspective of this body of work.
