The year is 1885. Pedro, The Lazy Scaredypants Polar Bear, is exactly that! Then...his two polar bear friends, Clarence and Cynthia, are abducted from the Arctic and taken to City Zoo, Royalty Park, London to be exhibited there as the new attraction. So with the help of friends, Pedro precariously makes his way to London from the Arctic via Scotland and Newcastle to rescue Clarence and Cynthia to prove he is a brave bear! Or is he?
