Ghost of the Animal: poetry

Riddled with scenes and artifacts of mundane life the poems of Ghost of the Animal catapult the reader far beyond the ordinary. Bone-clean and brilliant one gets a privilaged grip on a mystery, a secret reality inside the objects and stories of everyday life. Joseph Jengehino's words take the reader on a journey that is as stark as it is lush, dense as it is luminous.
