When Semaj and his sister went out to play, he noticed a little girl next door sitting on her steps with a brand-new bike. He went over, introduced himself and asked if he could ride her bike. She said, "Yes." As he was walking down the sidewalk with the bike, he suddenly heard someone shouting, "Come back here with that bike!" Suddenly there were hands dragging him and the bike back toward the house. He was screaming, "You were stealing the bike and I'm calling the cops!"
