Belinda Butterfly and the Garden Cookies

Belinda Butterfly has the most unique garden which bears not fruit but cookies. One day a stranger stumbles upon her secret garden and takes a bite of one the cookies, which upsets Belinda. Later that day Belinda gets very thirsty from eating quite a bit of cookies, she goes to the water fountain to get water only to find out it was Out of Order. What will Belinda do now? Will she accept the stranger who eat one of her cookies offer of help?
