During The Viet Nam war the US Army had a highly trained and specialized group of technicians that roamed the boundaries of that war-torn country. Their mission was to make sure that everything worked to the highest precision and accuracy possible. These men were a true credit to their service and their country. This almost unknown group thought of themselves as White Elephant Gypsies.
