Always Anew

Always Anew is about an experience of life that aligns with the non-duality concept. Ashlyn begin writing in 2016 after she encountered books about Buddhism, consciousness, Taoism, unlearning and reprograming the mind, oneness, and more. Each message written enables Ashlyn to actively experience an observational viewing of her mind, the mind's of other human forms, and the world. Accordingly, Always Anew provides guidance through the first writings, which has much to do with the perspective Ashlyn had then, and how it progressed through every message she wrote over the years. The content of this book allows readers to engage in a moment to moment experience from the author's point of view and an explanation on the observation of her internal/mental experience. The role of each message enables Ashlyn to clarify, understand, and be one with the experience of being and existing as a human form. As a type of poetic journal, this book can benefit those engaged in spirituality, self-love, adopting new perspectives, mental growth, and more.
