THE SECRET KEPT FROM THE ITALIAN: Harlequin comics

Maisie, a struggling student, works as a janitor at night to earn money for school. One day at work, she meets Antonio, who is drinking by himself because it's the anniversary of his late brother's death. Maisie spends time with him as he grieves, and they experience a passionate night together. She knows the night will be just a fleeting memory, as they come from completely different worlds. But a few weeks later, Maisie realizes she is pregnant and goes to see Antonio. She’s shocked when he tells her coldly, “I'm sorry, who are you?”
