From Inside the Underwear

I am telling the true story of my life, sharing how it feels to believe you are the only one struggling, the only one that did not follow the script, the only one wondering if you missed something everyone else seemed to get. Having carried shame I did not earn, made choices I questioned, and survived moments I never imagined I would. This is not a story of having it all together, but a story of staying, getting back up, and learning that broken does not mean unworthy. If any part of my life feels familiar to you, then you are not alone. You never were.
