FEELS

Sometimes life can alter certain changes that causes us to go through an irrational phase of wounds. Wounds we didn't know that we could have, wounds that we didn't know we could feel. Each day we find ourselves battling between our heart and our brain, wouldn't it be nice if they could both just be on one accord. It can actually happen. I'm a first-hand witness to it. The key to getting your brain and heart on one accord is to just sit there and FEEL whatever it is that you're going through. Don't ignore it, because we are human and as humans we are allowed to feel these feelings. Never shy away from what GOD planted in us. FEEL the rush.
